OK here's my vision :)
Desaturated than gave it some magenta and yellow to get this sepia-like tone than put a spot light effect directing diagonally from the bottom right corner to the upper left!
That's it :) Hope you like it!
I think the subject wasn't too interesting (Maybe a different angle would have been better)so I tried to make it more interesting with saturating the colours.
1, Tuned some contrast to make the photo brighter
2, In "selected colours" menu put some more cyan into the blue colour and take some% out from the magenta
3, Sharpened the whole photo
4, Frame!
