1 step: I separate the kite surfer and the water
2 step: choose surfer, put a little brightness and contrast to see him more.
3 step: inverse selection and use hue&saturation to make the nice green waves even more alive
4 step: sharpen a bit that you could count the water drops on the wave :))
5 step: frame
