I've used Photoshop to edit this photo

1 - Selected the silhouette, layer via cut then moved under the sun
2 - cropped
3 - color balance to add blue and cyan to the shadows
4 - burned the silhouette in the layer then added the effect outer glow and inner glow in the blending options

Crop Layers

I've cropped the photo and used layers in Photoshop to give some movement to the disk

1 - Cropped
2 - increased the canvas size on the right
3 - used the clone tool to clone grass over the new flat color generated by the canvas increase and also clone the feet and shadow on the top
4 - selected the disk using magic wand and created a layer via copy
5 - duplicated that layer and decreased opacity
6 - same step for the other disks but decreasing more the opacity

Render-clouds

I've used Photoshop

1 - selected sky using magic wand
2 - painted with cyan
3 - used filter render/clouds
4 - undo
5 - fade filter render/clouds at 50% (I've done this to make the clouds more cyan)

Just for fun. I've tried to make this sweet dog look more aggressive.
1 - Used paintbrush tool with color mode to color the eyes with red
2 - Used the liquify effect to try to change his expression by pulling down the eyebrows and shrinking the mouth.

I'm not happy with the result because he seems sweet even with the changes I've made

Just to constrain everything in a smaller photo
1 - selected the coconut tree and created a layer
2 - moved the layer on top of the tower
3 - changed the opacity of the layer to 20%(just to see the intersection between the to objects) and erase until match the roof edge.
4 - Opacity back to 100%
5 - Duplicated background layer and used perspective to make the tower more straight
6 - Rotated the coconut tree layer a bit (instead of using perspective)

Used the sponge tool to saturate the bird and the paintbrush tool with color mode and white color selected to desaturate around.
