1. Convert to B&W.
2. Lasso select the upper left part, and populate it in order to give a 3D effect and movement.
3. Lasso select the upper right part, and decrease Gamma in order to get rid of overexposure.

1. Lasso select the bottom parts and increase exposure (white) to illuminate there.
2. Lasso select the background (the building, the trees) ans Guassian blur a little bit.
3. Convert to B&W.
4. Add frame.
