Method: Used Levels to alter colour balance, based on the strong blue cast I reduced the Blue channel upper output level to 220, and moved the midpoint up to about 0.40. I slightly increased the green midpoint too. Cropped to remove the leaves in the top left, and finally sharpened slightly using USM.
