| Intro: | I'm an art historian with a focused interest in video art and photography. Lately, I became more interested in various philosophical issues surrounding these particular artforms. I've been practising photography at the amateur level for some time now. I never tried to teach myself enough about its physics and technology, which is a true disadvantage. I will do this sometime in the future, because I need to get a new camera and I need to know what to buy. For most of my photos, I just go with the feel, and try to experiment with various POV's, framing dispositions, and the capture of movement. I'm less interested in the light effects (unless they are specifically going against my spatial and perspectival interests). |
