| Intro: | I got interested in photography about 15 years ago. I started with a Ricoh XR SLR (Pentax mount), but at a certain point lost interest in photography. Two and a half years ago we got our Olympus C4000, and from then on I've had more fun taking photos than ever. Being able to experiment as much as I want to has been a very liberating experience! I like Treklens a lot, because the stimulus of looking at other people's work is really helpful. Also, I can learn a lot when people comment on my photos. I also have a Trekearth account (frank69), but as you can see from my photos here, I like close-up and macro photography a lot, and this category is not really wanted on Trekearth. Altogether, I think Trekearth is too restrictive for me and Treklens suits me better. Frank | |
