crop the bottom of the picture,
set up and rectify the light to make the photo a little warmer,a bit sunny.

I darkend the bottom part of the image to black out some of the field and housing and then added a think blakc frame around the perimeter. I also tweaked the levels slioghtly to increase the contrast in the sky. I hope you like what I have done.

I just worked in the light, I got right the colors
I used USM and PhotoFiltre I got right shine.

levels to adjust color balance: lots of blue added and removed a bit of red
color balance with a mask to adjust sky
USM for contrast

I used a series of actions I recorded:
Duplicate layer
Desaturate
invert
gausian blur
overlay mode
adjust opacity
Then the normal adjustments are
Levels for color balance and contrast
color saturation (just 5 or 10% in this case)
curves for contrast
USM for contrast
USM for sharpening
