Here is the original. I debated whether or not to leave it like this and just clone out the pattern above the water at the top of the photo, because having the foreground with the flatter water is a nice contrast to the bubbleing water, but then I decided to crop it since with the 800pixel limit on TL, you couldn't see much detail.

At Ekaterina's (katya534)suggestion, I cloned out the white line at the bottom and light object at the top towards the left as well.

- used magic wand tool and selected white areas of the sky, replaced color with a less bright one
- increased contrast and brightness of picture

I wanted to have the flowers brighter, without brightening (blowing out) the highlights (clouds) and without getting the grass too bright, either.

I used the levels adjustment, did some USM sharpening, and added a simple frame.

What do you think? Feel free to disagree!

Added contrast with slight increase of black level in levels in photoshop CS. Used luko's usm the first three steps(I don't have them handy right now ..you can do a search on TL for luko's USM mehtod) also to increse crispness of tones. Added frame and stroke.

I brightened the highlights just a touch and sharpened with USM radius 0.3 just a little bit...
...so as not to destroy the impression of softness...
