Great picture! I added a little workshop, I hope you don't mind.
First thing I did was to straighten it, then reduced the noise the best I could, maybe a little over sharpening caused the noise. Second, using the selective colour tool in Photoshop, brought out the shadows, then, used a cooling filter to bring out the sky more. I then increased the saturation of the reds, added a little contrast and replaced the frame.
