| Intro: | I'm a young photographer, in love with artistic creation. I've always been a fan of photography, going out with a disposable when I was young and getting creative -- and now the interest has involved into a passion. I love taking candid shots of people -- portraying their personalities and cultures -- although modeled shots are not quite my gig. I'm very much an amateur photographer but everyone starts somewhere, right? I also do free/low cost local band photography -- if you think I have a knack and should begin charging then please let me know. I experiment with image editing as well as different types of photographing -- ie, polaroid, old 50mm cameras, disposable cameras, underwater cameras [for the water shots, of course], and random digitals. I don't own anything but the polaroid so whenever I borrow a camera I just go with it and make the most of what I have. As far as editing goes, I use Adobe PhotoShop and Jasc Paint Shop Pro and regular Microsoft Paint. I do a lot of brush affects and color alterations. I wouldn't say I have any definite style -- I love majorly edited photos to barely touched photos. I love color and b&w. I love people and interesting corners of inadimate life. I just love it all. | |
