-Go to Image/adjustment/Selective colors
-Chose the neutral and I played with parameters and added black.
-Chose the white and add black and removed yellow.
-I applied neat imag (30%)

I hope you don't mind a small workshop to show you what I mean
By cropping off some of the right side and a bit of the top, I tried to eliminate some of the distracting elements.
Better still would have been to leave far more room in front of the statue than behind.
I hope you see what I mean.
But remember: this is an art, not a science. There are no rights and wrongs, only different points of view
