as you cut the top of the head, for me it's a technique for closer portraits... so just my suggestions with this picture which is very good. I put one eye in the middle vertical axis like in a lot of masterpieces like the most famous which is Mona Lisa. A "rule" which I like very much in portraits. then the horizontal axis follows the rule of third with the eyes in the first third. the left eye is in a diagonal... so now you know that I love geometry, hahaha ! ^^
