| Intro: | Hello! I'm here from a friend talk. Very nice experience on TL...the best for a beginner. Thanks to all you TL people. . Im doctor in medicine, living at Foz do Arelho. 80 kms North from Lisbon nearby the beautiful Atlantic. I like photo, the power of the frozen moment. I always took photos but the digital is very attractive. Update May 30: Dear friends, after this months I must say that this experience at Treklens as being really a great lesson in many ways: I found marvelous persons, I learn a lot about photo, I still have my way to look but the smiles I'm receiving from you friends some way reflects that I'm improving and that makes me happy. I want to tell you a story in this TL chapter: I was born in April 25 1958 and in the same day in 1974 happened the April Revolution who turns the dictatorial regime into democracy. That revolution began after a signal in the radio: a song by Josι Afonso (the biggest Portuguese singer of intervention). Grandola Vila Morena was the song that gave the signal to military start. This year I made my 50's and decided for an allusive photo to the revolution. I just post the photo when immediately arrives as smile the letter of song that was sent me by Mikolaj Cava from Poland. Can You imagine what I felt? Was for me the greater anniversary gift that I ever have. Isnt that wonderful? About photo I think have nothing to teach...I just like photo. But as a friend, George Grabarczyk (Polonaise)from Trekearth says: "Presenting your pictures pro forum publico is to strip yourself naked in front of the world... ******************* Want to be a good photographer ? First: You have to go and buy a good equipment ! My recommendations...? A pair of expensive, comfortable shoes!" Is a very smart advise I take seriously. As another friend from Trekearth,Pat Slim (plimm)use to say: HEALTH,LOVE and JOY ...so keep enjoying as much as I am. | |
