It took about 10 seconds.
Increased levels to bring out more colors.
Changed brightness and contrast.

I hope you don't mind if I try a small workshop to test one of my PhotoShop tools?
For this I went to Image > Adjustments > match colour and I increased the luminance to 150%
Do you think that the brightness works here or not -- please be frank

It was a splendid capture but i tried to make it better.

1. Levels manually balanced.
2. Sharpened.
3. Noise removed with Neat Image.
