I tried to brighten the colors by increasiting saturation (33), decreasing midtones (-42), increasing contrast (17), and brightness (6). But I see I lost any detail on the bank.
I also cropped to a more pleasing dimension (1: 1.618)

I corrected the sky by applying "Graduated Blue" filter (70%). I adjusted the contrast and brightness. Finally, I added a frame.
