Here is the workshop I completed, I hope you don't mind. I adjusted the brightness to allow for more light. Then I enhansed the dark tones, increased the contrast and saturation for more color.

For this work shop I increased the exposure to show more light and detail in the picture. I also increased the saturation to show more color. I adjusted the light and highlights down to try to prevent any glare. I hope you like my version of your picture.

I increased the contrast slightly to make the picture a little more clear. I made some of the shadows a little darker and increased the highlights producing a little more reflection on the water. By increasing the exposure slightly, increasing the clarity and boosting the color a little I was able to pick up a little more detail. I also cropped the frame and straightened to improve composition. I hope you like it.
