The original image was altered by first adjusting the colours, contrast, and brightness. Then artistic filters in PS were used to alter the image to get the final look.

Hi Mei,
I was playing with your picture in PhotoShop and this is what I came up with.
1. Increased the contrast.
2. Enhanced the reds and yellows.
3. Added a frame. Tried a few colours for the frame and blue was the one that I liked.

What do you think?
