| Intro: | Greetings; In time I have come to learn that photography is an art-form and like every discipline it requires committment and consistant work to develop. Having the right people around you is also key to progressive growth so TL has become a very important part of my photography development and for that reason I thank you all. My Top Ten Don’ts for TrekLens 1. “Don’t base your photographic abilities on the points system”. 2. If you don’t like your photo, “Don’t Post it”. 3. If you do like your photo & no one else does, “Don’t worry about it”. 4. Critiques; if what you have to write is not constructive, “Don’t write it”. 5. If you feel your work can only improve with a better camera, “Don’t buy it.” 6. If Photography demands too much from you, “Don’t fight it.” 7. TL is for photographers of all levels, “Don’t stop learning”. 8. True creativity is to make something from nothing, “Don’t stop looking”. 9. Sometimes you may feel that you’d never be as good as some of the other members, “Don’t believe it”. 10. Your work is unique because there is only one YOU, “Don’t deny it”. Vivid Image Portrait Photography Based on the idea that this website is designed to help photographers develop their craft I think it is important to write informative notes with your images yet many of us choose to remain noteless which I think deserve to be critiqueless.
