duplicate all layers and merg them then convert it to B&W, adjust contrast and gamma on B&W layer. change blend mode to luminosity
then add new level and caver layer and modify it.
use USM (25 .9 2)
add a frame.

I use channel mixer for having better and warm colors.
RED: red=+99% green=+18% blue=+04%
GREEN: red=-14% green=+98% blue=-04%
BLUE: red=-08% green=-18% blue=+92%
adjust level and curve.
