| Intro: | For me, there are many different reasons for taking photographs - as a straight forward record of a place or event; as a means of personal expression, to tell a visual story or to reveal social injustice... I believe that nothing can be as expressive as black and white photos; creating 'telling' black & white images requires a different way of looking at things... The photographer i draw my inspiration from is 'Robert Kincaid', a character from the movie 'The Bridges of Madison County', played beautifully by my all-time favorite, Clint Eastwood. ------------------------------------------------- April 13th, 2008: I am quiting Treklens... no rhymes, no embelishments, no complains... 319 photos and almost two years, it was quite an experience...
