Just applied an auto level on the image. I also noted some JPG artefacts in the sky that I removed with the smart blur in CS3. I finally increased warm tone in the building avec the auto level to keep the low sun warm light. I hope you like it.

with Image/adjustment/desaturation,I desaturated
the selection
-Image/adjustment/Selective color:
I chose neutral and added a bit of yellow
