Tried to find a little color in the image using Topaz Adjust plug in. Also used the control points in Nikon Capture NX to brighten up the house.

Resized. Unfortunately resizing upwards can cause sharpness loss but you will get the general idea. Postings are allowed at 800 x 600 in size and up to 200KB. This enlargement is only 87.9kb.
Using the scratch remover tool took out the powerline, using the clone tool removed the rigging on the left and a couple of brighter patches at the bottom.
