I cropped a bit the image to focus more on the eye and flower element, I adjusted a bit the exposure, and sharpened it. The merit is all yours

Just worked with contrast, gamma and brightness. Also sharpened. Hard to correct the hot spots on the forehead and cheeksbone areas. Nice composition and expression. Thanks for sharing. -Hugh
