Tricky one here. The Building was tilted but the City light was upright.
With Photoshop CS., I used the Torsion tool at the top right corner to correct the building and a small correection at the bottom left to compensate the left portion.
I cropped your frame due to the change of shape of your photo after the correction. I have rebuilt it with Photofiltre.
This way I think it is better as the lamp post is still upright after the correction of the main subject.
