playing with your image was very fun... i really enjoyed hope u like it
I did.... copied layer, cleared the bg from layer1, used radial-zoom blur on layer0, changed color to bw, layer1-selecte the yellow only, inverted to select rest area, used box blur and gaussian blur to give soft effect on leaves and corners of flower, added shadow, then cropped, named and loaded
