Added a filter in CS2, cropped the sky and right side a little just for a different view and to age the overall image slightly. I'm sorry but I didn't have a lot of time available to spend on this one.
Replaced the sky with one from another of my images, the sky was copied and pasted in. Then a new layer mask was used so that I could adjust the new sky's position and brush in its detail. Brightness was adjusted and 80% opacity used then the image was flattened.
Used CS2 really just to sharpen up your face/eyes a little and also adjust the RGB colour levels on your right arm to blend the colour in a little better so the right arm is not so dominant.
