With the focus on the Front door flower arrangements. A combination of various lines to frame those. Obviously the sun was behind the house, the front of the house being in the shaded area.

Again: Technically : Image uncropped. Slight level, contrasts and color adjustments before resizing and framing. Filtered with Neat Image.

Looking the opposite way, the Bic Harbour is visible.
Ile du Massacre in the centre, the pier at the left where excursions in kayak and zodiac are organized ( visit their website ). Golf road at the right side with summer houses.

I rushed a bit this one. Viewing from my computer at the office ( which is set up witha much higher luminosity ), I found out the difference in black between the upper and lower part of the left portion. At home , the diffrence was not perceptible.

I have to admit , it is tough to shoot live performances. As per suggestion received , I did try to compensate for the softness of her visage, by sharpening it a bit.

I will compare now both. at the same time as you . (^_^) .

I have to go back on the docks . Another ship is leaving tonight.

Martine's Revenge !

OK, It is not an auto-portrait , but Martine stroke back to capture me trying my new toy ...

Technically. Image cropped . Adjustment of luminosity, contrasts and slight saturation of colors ( I have no tan this year LOL !) Image saved. Re-open, Re-named , saved then doubled the canevas. Open the saved image, Flipped horizontally. Copied and pasted in the other half of my new canevas. Added black frame . Inserted green line. Cropped right and left end for a panoramic view of the twins. Added title.

Me voilà . Yep it is me.

Perry Hooter at 50 minus 2 days.
Unshaved, with an old sweatshirt, and our new Company baseball cap. Even on Holidays I were my caps (^_^).

First I like a lot the model.( I am not talking about me, but the baseball cap ) They are great sunblockers, umbrellas, and mask very well my unshaved head (^_^).

Finally, the Logo on my cap is the same as on my business card. Curious coincidence, check here .
