| Intro: | Hi there, I'm a young amateur. I've recently (point of reference: first days of 2008) purchased my first D-SLR camera, making the link between the digital camera I had just before and the standard 35mm I used to have a few years ago. Now I'm just trying to get as much experience in all areas I can work on: taking as many pictures as I can, working on composition, light, etc. and post-processing. For that last part, since I'm running Linux on my PC, I use the GIMP, which I think is pretty good for most things. Whenever I post a picture, please, comment! That will be useful! |
