| Intro: | hey there. About me: i am a 21 year old marine biology student at the university of plymouth in the UK. i am passionate about all aspects of art and photography, but mainly i like expressing myself through the medium of photography. i enjoy focusing on and playing with texture, contrast and colour, the planes and angles of a photograph, rather than the actual subject matter, although this is not applied to all of my work. Techniques such as cross processing slide film and certain aspects of lomography interest me greatly as they allow me to explore different colours and perspectives and then apply that to showing everyday objects and subjects in an entirely new (and often suprising!) way! i am relatively new to the world of photography and i am hoping this website will demonstrate my learning curve.
