Simply used the Perspective correction tool to straightened the liens of the building. Some cropping doen automatically.
Auto colors, contrasts, colors adjustments .
With NeatImage.
Filtered Noise
With Photofiltre.
I copied the new photo , added a new frame. I copied the text from yours and inserted it in my frame.
That is about it. I hope you will like it.
