What I did here was select the sky and clouds using the magic wand. I then adjust the contrast to darken the clouds so it would look stormy as waht the title suggests. Hope you like it.
Just a simple black frame. but with a touch of color with the Title . Colors taken from your photo.
Hope you will like this alternative.
