Just thought I could change the atmosphere of this gloomy scene some by creating a tonemapped image. I created 2 more images from the original post, one over exposed by 2EV and one underexposed by 2EV. All three are loaded into photomatix to generate a faux HDR. This process I find works well with clouds.
I felt the yellow distracted so changed to a neutral colour and then brighten with and autolevels command in Photoshop added a slight velvia effect with 50% opacity and finally a Luko Sharpen
