select the plate and use free transform and turn it. than delete background then adjust levels i downed shadows and midtones but upper highlights
auto contrast.

Because of the shallow depth of field, the leaf to the right of the picture really wasn't in focus. I cropped the picture to get rid of it, and I used the sharpening tool to bring out more detail in the flower and the buds at the bottom.
