For your picture, I thought that a simple crop would be more effective and make the picture more interesting.
After that, I added a bit of saturation, contrast, and sharpened once for the upload.
And added a frame.
I had done:
1 - crop;
2 - sharpen;
3 - some levels to clarify and emphasize colors from bird;
4 - more contrast.
5 - added a frame.
I wait the approval from the Author.
