| Intro: | I just heard a great quote, "He's the type of photographer that would still be shooting as he fell from a moving vehicle!" Yeah, I can relate. Take away your $3000 camera, your fancy lenses, your filters and your tripod...and let's see what you got! Do you know composition? Do you understand light? If not, no amount of money can make you a photographer. I'm one of the rare few that still shoot with film on this site. I love film, and I don't care, I think film out performs digital anyday! October 3, 2009 Riding the bicycle 165 miles. 100 on Saturday, 65 on Sunday. Last week I rode 75 miles on Sat, piece of cake! Hoping for the best! And it WAS...piece of cake! Had a blast! ***Training started for MS150, the 200 mile bicycle ride from Houston to Austin. At 48 I did a 5K, at 49 I ran a half marathon...I decided the full marathon was for the birds! HAHA! So I'm training for the MS 150 by 50...which will be October 9. Life is good! Nicest compliment I ever received? From my daughter.
