It is hard to do something with low resolution picture copied from TL... anyway I try to do some slight improvements by playing with levels, burning tool for OE areas, more contrast.
Sepia is just optional only for observing some differences at picture.

After the conversion in B&W, I use chanel mixer and increased the blue tones and added a little contrast.
