Hi Tanya. I lightened a duplicated layer with levels and selectively applied it. Sharpened the face a little too and increased the saturation. Hope you like it.

The main issue was the squint horizon, so firstly I made that straight.

Thereafter some simple adjustments to brightness and contrast followed by a run through Neatimage.

I changed it sepia tone, purple. Increased the contrast and gamma correction. Added a black frame, resized.
