Then I added some brightness (+5) and contrast (+10 or +15, I forgot how much) and added borders. Tried to make everything look a bit darker so this bright-lighted woman would stand out a bit more. |

Here's what I did..I adjusted the levels first, then used the despeckle to reduce the noise. This was followed by minor USM to avoid turning the image "plasticky" but at the same time lending it sufficient details..
