First I removed the frame, then adjusted levels, added +10 saturation, added +15 contrast, cropped to remove distracting shadow at the bottom left side, sharpened (smart sharpen 100%, radius 0,2), and framed (10 pixels). I also suggest to remove fingerprints from watches before taking photo ;]

I slightly cropped photo to cut out distracting element at upper left corner, cloned out something under the leg of the bear, used levels and saturation (+20) to bring back colours and sharpened photo a little (100%, radius 0,3).

I croppped out the bottom, sharpened the figures and sligtly blurred background to reduce FOV, then I added brown frame.

First I've corrected barrel distortion with PTLens plugin for PS, then I've cropped a little form the left side, then I've applied Smart Sharpen with amount of 100% and radius o 0,1 pixel.
