Hi Deniz,
here i adjusted the tuning;
increased shadwos alittle, highlights and color temprature stilghtly.
i thought that the photo needed a little more kick of colors, the colors wernt bright enough, but changing the color saturation directly doesnt always give a good result...
so i tried this technique...
i hope you find it helpfull

just adjusted the brightness and contrast settings, i thought it was too dull, and had a little blue-ish shade in the sky there top center area...

here i sharpend it, added soft focus effect, focal b&w, graduated tint, and slight glow effect on the shell, so its details stand out more
i used a software called 'Picasa' to do this...

here i cropped it tighter, and made it a bit off-center, rotated it, enlarged it and adjusted color saturation...

Straightened horizon

after uploading i noticed the horizon was a little bit slanted in the photo, so i straightend it...
used a software called 'Picasa' from google to do that...

Tighter crop

just a thighter crop off the bottom here, after posting the original one thoght it might nee some croping to increase the focus and emphasis on the fisher man, as his figure is quite small in the photo, but at the same timei want to show the lovely sunset veiw by the beach
