I increased saturation of the blue;
I used:
shadows/highlights,
and smart sharpeness
and I made a small crop, more a black frame around the image.

I made 2 copires of your picture.
One: Gamma correction down - that will be the sky part.
Two: Gamma correction up and more saturation in the colours - that will be the ground and the tree.
I then used Edit/Copy and Edit/Paste special to put the two underneath each other.
With the clone stamp I carfully pasted the lower half in the Gamma-down picture, cropped and added a small black frame.
