here is your picture done in the plugin it works in paintshop pro and i use it in psp photo ultimate. most photoshop plugins will work in psp you will find have fun.
I love the colors of your picture and the way your captured the cat in your composition.
I hope you like what I have done but felt that the image was divided and that there are two clear pictures. One the man figure and the other of the cat.
1) Cropped the image to make the cat the focal point and the only thing in sharp focus.
PS CS3
-I selected the water jet and the bee and made an horizontal flip to read the image from left to right!
-I selected the lens and applied Neat Image (25%)
-I added a smart sharpen!
