Nice picture!
I just used Neat Image with the "Filter and sharpen" settings to reduce "noise" from the image.
I had the same noise problem with the image that I will post tomorrow from my hotel in Egypt :)
Najpierw w Photoshopie uzylem tylko funkcji Auto Levels, a pozniej w programie Neat Image usunalem "szumy" i troche wyostrzylem.
Nie chcialem prostowac zdjecia (balustrada troche pochylona) zeby nie tracic ramki, ktora podoba mi sie razem z podpisem :)

This is a very nice shot with a strong source of light but:
* the light was too distracting for me that's why i croped the image
* instead of this source of light i would add more space on the right side of the picture
* darkened left side of the frame
* used neat image to remove some noise
* slightly increased saturation
