The easiest way with the most options I could find is with Photofiltre and it's free on the internet. John van Aarle told me about it...John Tulip! This frame is the outside frame made larger each time with color changes, easy as a click.
Thank you for the good wishes, but I have two houses. One in Metairie and one in Kenner. The one in Metairie fared very well, that is our main residence now. The one in Kenner was flooded and a total mess! Insurance is not making our lives easy, they are so over worked that aid is not coming for months. I was fortunate to have a friend call me right after the storm and tell me to make a claim immediately. He said make homeowners and flood claims on both home, thank goodness I did, I got an adjuster to the flooded home very soon once the area was opened. Now we are spending our days making a catalogue of the contents down to the titles of the books, make, model and serial numbers of appliance, even counting doors!!! Once the thngs are catalogued we can throw them away as they are covered with mold and soggy from the water. It's hard see what you have worked a life time to acquire being placed at the curb no longer useful.
It's depressing work but needs to be done and we will get it done.
