Thank you for your nice comments.
All I did was go into Picasa2 and use the Graduated Tint to darken the sky. That's all I did.
Looking closer, I can see some reflections too! It didn't occur to me that this could be caused by the window so, yes, you have discovered my secret. It was shot inside the car, through the front windscreen while we were waiting at traffic lights!
