| Thank you for your comment, Daniel. The light reflection is what breeders call a "star". A little blue patch in the eye iris. Baby border collies have blue eyes for a few weeks after birth. Some stay with blue eyes, some have a change in one eye, some remain with a little star. It doesn't affect the eyesight, though. In my profile, you'll have an idea of the color of left eye.
