To offset the delay inherent in some cameras, the only way is to anticipate and shoot before arriving to the required position, and use manual distance settings.
Here, Tempo has been ordered to lie down behind the 80cm high hedge. He jumps on the order to come by. It's just a matter of timing. A few shots are necessary to get the right one. Many well trained dogs are capable to do this, and it's real fun to capture these shots, where you will discover different expression than the classical one. |
