Yikes, 3 feet of snow? I guess it's all relative! =D
Some parts of Ohio got 2 feet of snow within 24 hours while others, like us, got it in freezing rain. It's only tonight that the ice is finally beginning to melt. When walking the dogs, I had to avoid standing under the sycamore tree in the back yard...Either that or dodge the water and pieces of ice falling from it. I think I'd rather have this ice than the muddy, sopping mess that comes when it melts and our two dogs dutifully trundle through it all. Time to put an extra supply of towels within easy reach of the back door! |
