Everybody has got likes and dislikes, and there is nothing right or wrong in photography world. You are right in a few remarks, absolute!
This was made with my small pocket sized Fuji and for me all this worked the other way around.. I was really surprised to see what the little thing had done looking at the results at home, never used it with low lights.
Grainy:.. yes you are right it was starting to get dark (poor light)as I mentioned before and in situations like this a little grainy .. oh well..
Horizon is a little crooked:.. yes that to , your right again,
Sometimes no harm to try asymmetric things ^_^
Everybody here is to learn from each other, so better not to have label like “teacher”.
A teacher IMO is a Pro and student too
